Pozza post
High strength precast geopolymer concrete using formulated blend of cementitious materials and locally sourced aggregates.
Pozza post size dimensions are 70 x 90 x 1830mm and weigh 25kg.
Fence wires may be fixed to the post at any spacing by predrilling a hole with impact drill and using self tapping concrete screws (e.g. TX-Con, Tapcon or Grabcon) in combination with clips such as panel clips, U clips, Davo's fencing clip, Vini Clip, Gaffer Staple or similar.

Geopolymer Concrete
The current contribution of green house gas emission from Portland cement production is about 1.5 billion tonnes annually or about 7% of the total greenhouse gas emissions to the earth’s atmosphere.
Geopolymer cement is a binding system that is a more environmentally sustainable alternative to conventional Portland cement. It relies on minimally processed natural materials and/or industrial byproducts known as pozzolons to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of cement production, while also being highly resistant to many common concrete durability issues. Pozzolon based concrete is strong, durable and long lasting while only having a small fraction of the carbon footprint compared to ordinary portland cement based concrete.

Pozza posts are reinforced with glass fibre reinforcement bar (GFRP) which is a composite of fibreglass and resin. It is impervious to corrosion and a proven alternative to steel for concrete structures requiring strengthening and long service life. It extends concrete durability exposed to salts, seawater, alkali, rust, acids and corrosive enviornments. Fibreglass rebar has the same thermal coefficient of expansion as concrete which assists with the concrete preformance and durability.
GFRP reinforcement bar is 2x stronger and 4x lighter than traditional steel rebar and has a lower carbon footprint than steel.
Concrecte and GRFP have high electrical resistivity properties and are an electrical insulator and therefore a Pozza Post fence can be electrified with or without wire insulators.
